Brendan Fraser is back as Rick O’Connell for the third installment of the action-packed Mummy series. Set in the Far East, O’Connell’s son, Alex (newcomer Luke Ford), accidentally awakens a 2000-year old mummy. The mummy, played by Jet Li, ruled as Qin’s first Emperor but was cursed by and evil witch centuries ago. Now resurrected, he is hell-bent on world domination. The O’Connells must find a way to stop the Dragon Emperor and his legion of 10,000 warriors. Also starring Michelle Yeoh and Maria Bello, it is set for a release date of August 1, 2008.
