This one is really sweet and summery. The change to the waist detail seems to work better, and the construction seems to be strong. Its wearable, but it would really stand out at the same time.

The basic dress is fun. The bodice style is attractive and comfortable looking. Soothing and summery color combination. Flower, embroidery and gathered pockets altogether between waist and hips are a bit too much and may not flatter a range of body types. Sometimes less is more. Congratulations to the winner!!
