Australian designer Michael Angel has been tapped as the next big thing in New York, and his spring-summer collection of sophisticated silk shirts in psychedelic prints, pleated off-the-shoulder dresses, and silvery gauze gowns with Swarovski-crystal mesh strap detailing reinforced this. Inspired by Fleetwood Mac, Angel said, “My girl is modern, sexy, confident, and at the same time she has that dash of rock and roll in her.”
