While known by many as the queen of wedding gowns, Wang wove a slightly darker romantic yarn for fall. Late belle epoque bohemia served as the season’s backdrop, as the designer updated Poiret-influenced shapes including bell-shaped blouses, slim trousers, and hobble skirts for today’s cosmopolitan woman. Bold accents such as glittering oversize baubles and rust-colored tights added a fresh finish to Wang’s multilayered looks.
