Call me a classicist, but I’ve long favored a Belle du Jour–inspired look of tailored black, white, and red-hued pieces. Fortunately for me—and my fellow retro-chic devotees—this fall, designers offer many a coquettish separate, from elbow-length gloves to houndstooth minis.
